Technical Support
We provide professional technical support for remote maintenance of the TelWin SCADA software. Thanks to remote access (VPN), we can respond quickly to requests and ensure the continuity of the system's operation.

Our goal is to ensure the security and reliability of the TelWin SCADA system while adapting the terms of cooperation to the customer's requirements and expectations.
Training
Each training session ends with an exam, the positive result of which confirms the participant's competence and entitles them to obtain the appropriate certificate.
Certificates are valid for 12 months.
It is possible to conduct any training session online via the Microsoft Teams platform.

TelWin SCADA System Integrator
Prerequisites:
Valid Administrator in a Server Cluster and Database Environment certificate
cabling installation
delivery of field devices
development of specialized process control algorithms along with appropriate configuration of PLC controllers (e.g., SAIA, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
installation and configuration of field devices
installation and configuration of data transmission paths from field devices to the dispatch system (cable connections, radio links, GSM/GPRS links)
delivery of the TelWin SCADA dispatch system along with the implementation of an application enabling technological process management and control
training
warranty and post-warranty service (including 24/7 mode)
