Processing of personal data for the purpose of the website

Stefana Stefańskiego 23, 62-002 Suchy Las, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000178284 (hereinafter: Controller). Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Controller's organization is possible electronically at the e-mail address: biuro@tel-ster.pl

2. Your personal data will be processed to enable access to the non-public part of the {serverUrl} website and to send information related to the activities of TEL-STER Sp. z o.o., based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b of the GDPR.

3. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide access to the non-public part of the {serverUrl} website or until the consent is withdrawn.

4. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may result in the refusal of access to the non-public part of the {serverUrl} website and the sending of information related to the activities of TEL-STER Sp. z o.o.

7. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

Processing of personal data for recruitment purposes

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

According to Art. 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the GDPR, I inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is TEL-STER Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Suchy Las, ul. Stefana Stefańskiego 23, 62-002 Suchy Las, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000178284 (hereinafter: Controller). Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data is possible via e-mail: biuro@tel-ster.pl

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b of the GDPR.

3. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process. In the event of your consent to the use of personal data for future recruitment purposes, the personal data will be stored for 12 months.

4. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, data portability, object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, providing the indicated personal data is a necessary condition to participate in the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing them will be the inability to carry out the recruitment process.

7. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

Processing of personal data for training and seminar purposes

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR TRAINING AND SEMINAR PURPOSES

According to Art. 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the GDPR, I inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is TEL-STER Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Controller). Contact: biuro@tel-ster.pl

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the training/seminar and issuing a certificate, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b of the GDPR.

3. Personal data will be processed based on voluntarily expressed consent until it is withdrawn.

4. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent.

5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may result in the refusal to conduct the training/seminar.

7. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

Processing of personal data for technical support and maintenance services

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

According to Art. 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the GDPR, I inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is TEL-STER Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Controller). Contact: biuro@tel-ster.pl

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing technical support and maintenance services, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b of the GDPR.

3. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide technical support and maintenance services or until the consent is withdrawn.

4. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent.

5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, providing indicated personal data is a condition for providing technical support and maintenance services; the consequence of not providing them will be the inability to provide these services.

7. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

Processing of personal data for downloading applications from GOOGLE PLAY

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR DOWNLOADING APPLICATIONS FROM GOOGLE PLAY

According to Art. 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the GDPR, I inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is TEL-STER Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Controller). Contact: biuro@tel-ster.pl

2. Your personal data will be processed to enable the download of applications published in the GOOGLE PLAY store and to send information related to the activities of TEL-STER Sp. z o.o., based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b of the GDPR.

3. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to use the application downloaded from the GOOGLE PLAY store or until the consent is withdrawn.

4. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent.

5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may result in the refusal to allow the download of applications published in the GOOGLE PLAY store.

7. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
